- check raw material sample before mass production
- quality checking during 20% mass production
- quality checking during 80% mass production
- quality checking before raw material to production department
- for wood pick, the wood board need to be Heat Treatment in drying room for 1 week at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius
- for bamboo pick, we control the water content 0%

Question 2: How long will you deliver the goods ?
Answer : - 12 days for quantity 300,000 pcs -500,000 pcs
- 12-20 days for quantity less than 500,000 pcs;
- 25-35 days for quantity 500,000 pcs - 1,500,000 pcs
- 30 - 45 days for quantity 1,500,000 pcs - 2,500,000 pcs ( the above delivery only consider under our normal production schedule, we will calcuate you an exact delivery when you inform us the quantity )

Question 3: What is the payment term ?
Answer : T/T 30% deposit & 70% against copy BL or LC at sight.
